The Family Connection of St. Joseph County, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that got its start in 1986.

Our mission is to foster excellence in community systems that serve children and families. Specifically, we research model programs, organize and summarize information, write grants, provide technical assistance, assess for quality, and direct community projects that support our mission and purpose.

Since 2000 The Family Connection has been dedicated to improving the quality of early childhood programs in St. Joseph County, Indiana through The Early Years Count Education Initiative of the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County.
